The app status can be found under the settings tab on the app’s dashboard page.
There are two options for the app status setting, Active or Inactive.
Apps are active by default and will only go to an inactive status if the app has been manually changed by a user that can manage apps. When the app status for an app is active, it is downloaded to all members that have access to that app.
Apps that are set to inactive are not downloaded to the mobile devices, but can still be accessed on the web app. This allows you to keep an app off of the mobile devices to help reduce initial sync times and reduce the overall amount of storage that Fulcrum uses on a mobile device. The app can still be accessed, and all of its data, on the web app.
