If you forgot your account password, go to this page to send yourself a password reset email. On the password reset page, enter the email address associated with your Fulcrum user account and you’ll receive an email with instructions to reset it. Simply follow the instructions to create a new password, and you’ll be able to access your account once again.
Note: Sometimes, the password reset emails will be caught by spam filters and may not make it to your inbox or spam folder. If you find that you are not getting the emails or are having issues with resetting your password, please send an email to email@example.com from the email address associated with your Fulcrum user account letting us know that you have tried to send yourself a forgot password email and some details on the issue that you are having. This will allow us to look into the issue that you are having as well as help you reset your password.
